Yet, as we shift our perspective slightly south, a completely different world of color awaits. Today, we invite you on a sensory journey that transitions from the vivid autumn leaves of nature to the noble, deep hues of “Shikon-zome” (purple root dye) passed down in Shiwa Town, and the exquisite sake brewed in that same land.
